Job Title: Solar Operation Executive
Department: Operations & Maintenance (O&M)
Location: Pune (Maharashtra)
Reporting To: O&M Manager / Technical Head

Job Summary:
The Solar Operation Executive will be responsible for the effective operation and maintenance of
solar power plants, ensuring optimal performance and uptime. The role involves monitoring plant
performance via RMS (Remote Monitoring Systems), assisting in EMS (Energy Management
System) configuration and analysis, coordinating with field teams, and supporting data-driven
decision-making for plant efficiency improvement.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations & Maintenance (O&M):
? Conduct routine, preventive, and corrective maintenance activities for solar PV systems (rooftop
or ground-mounted).
? Ensure plant uptime, generation targets, and safety compliance are maintained as per

SLAs.
? Monitor inverter, transformer, HT/LT panel, and string-level performance.
? Coordinate with site technicians for fault identification and resolution.
? Prepare and maintain records of daily generation, breakdowns, and maintenance logs.
? Conduct periodic plant health audits and performance benchmarking.
? Support spares management and vendor coordination for maintenance activities.
2. RMS (Remote Monitoring System) Configuration & Monitoring:
? Configure and validate data points from various RMS portals
? Troubleshoot RMS communication issues related to data loggers, inverters, and network
connectivity.
? Validate real-time and historical data accuracy on RMS dashboards.
? Generate automated or manual performance reports for internal and client use.
? Identify anomalies in generation trends and escalate to field teams for rectification.
3. EMS (Energy Management System) Support:
? Assist in integration and configuration of EMS platforms for industrial and commercial clients.
? Monitor key electrical parameters such as Power Factor, Voltage, Current, Frequency,
Import/Export Energy, etc.
? Support data mapping between EMS and RMS for unified performance analytics.
? Work with data analytics or SCADA teams for parameter validation and reporting automation.
? Provide insights to optimize load management and energy efficiency.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
? Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly O&M performance reports.
? Record and document equipment breakdowns, RCA (Root Cause Analysis), and corrective
actions taken.
? Maintain site-wise data for PR (Performance Ratio), CUF, and Generation KPI tracking.
? Assist management in client presentation and MIS preparation.

Qualifications & Skills:
Educational Qualification:
? Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
Experience:
? 1-3 years (for Executive level) in Solar O&M operations, preferably with RMS or EMS exposure.
Technical Skills:
? Hands-on knowledge of solar plant components: inverters, modules, transformers, and
switchyards.
? Familiar with RMS portals
? Understanding of EMS platforms and energy parameter monitoring.
? Basic knowledge of Modbus communication, TCP/IP, and data loggers.
? Proficiency in MS Excel and report generation.
? Ability to interpret single-line diagrams (SLD) and electrical schematics.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
