Job Description

1.Customer Identification & Outreach

1a.Identify potential clients including solar plant owners, EPC companies, and developers with operational assets

1b.Build and maintain a strong database of operating plants requiring O&M or performance improvement

2.Site Profiling & Preliminary Assessment

2a.Collect plant details such as capacity, location, technology type, and performance history

2b.Conduct virtual or on-site assessments to identify gaps in generation, cleaning, or maintenance

3.Customer-Specific Service Presentation

3a.Prepare and present tailored O&M service proposals covering preventive maintenance, robotic cleaning, performance analytics, and remote monitoring

3b.Communicate the commercial and technical benefits of Sundroid's service model

4.Performance & Generation Analysis

4a.Review existing generation data and identify losses due to soiling, inverter downtime, or shadowing

4b.Prepare comparative reports showing generation improvement potential after O&M service adoption

5.Proposal & Pricing Preparation

5a.Develop techno-commercial offers based on site size, service frequency, and required scope

5b.Include savings estimation and payback analysis to support customer decision-making

6.Coordination for Site Data Collection

6a.Support installation of data loggers or monitoring devices for accurate generation and equipment tracking

6b.Coordinate with internal teams to ensure correct setup and data flow

7.Client Meetings & Negotiation

7a.Conduct discussions with plant owners, asset managers, and EPC partners to finalize scope, SLAs, and pricing terms

7b.Prepare all required documentation and follow-ups to move leads toward closure

8.Cross-Functional Coordination

8a.Work with operations, logistics, and service teams to ensure smooth project execution after sales closure

8b.Support scheduling of site visits, robotic cleaning, and maintenance activities

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
