We are seeking a skilled Solar Installer to join our team. As a Solar Installer, you will be responsible for installing solar panels on residential and commercial properties. This is a great opportunity for individuals with a background in electrical work and an interest in renewable energy.
Responsibilities
Install solar panels on rooftops following engineering plans and manufacturer specifications
Perform electrical wiring of solar energy systems
Ensure all work is completed safely and in compliance with building codes
Troubleshoot and resolve issues with solar panel installations
Work collaboratively with the installation team to complete projects efficiently
Experience
Experience in low voltage and high voltage electrical work
Knowledge of fixture installation and electrical schematics
Familiarity with commercial electrician practices
Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools
Understanding of the National Electrical Code (NEC)
Previous experience working on rooftops is a plus
