Key Responsibilities
Install solar PV panels, mounting structures, wiring, inverters, and batteries.
Perform site assessments to understand roof structure, shading, and system layout.
Execute electrical connections according to safety standards and regulations.
Conduct routine maintenance, panel cleaning, and system performance checks.
Diagnose and repair faults in wiring, inverters, connectors, and batteries.
Ensure all installations comply with company standards and local electrical codes.
Keep detailed records of installation, service, and repair work.
Provide customer guidance on system operation and basic maintenance.
Work with engineers, supervisors, and project managers to ensure timely project completion.
Required Skills & Competencies
Required 3+ years experience.
Knowledge of solar PV systems (panels, inverters, batteries, DC/AC wiring).
Familiarity with tools like drills, multimeters, and crimping tools.
Strong understanding of electrical safety standards.
Problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Ability to work at heights and in outdoor environments.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
