Job Title: Solar Installation Manager

Location in Odisha: Jagatpur, Cuttack

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and manage a team of Solar Installation Engineers and Technicians across multiple sites. Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and resources for timely project execution. Monitor and ensure compliance with installation quality, safety standards, and company SOPs. Coordinate with clients, DISCOM officials, vendors, and internal departments for smooth project delivery. Conduct site inspections, resolve on-ground challenges, and provide technical guidance to the team. Track project progress, prepare reports, and update management on timelines and milestones.

Responsible for the full project cycle -- from generating and converting leads for solar installation services, to supervising end-to-end execution, ensuring timely completion, and driving revenue growth for the organization.

Support in operation & maintenance (O&M) activities, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Train and mentor engineers/technicians to improve skills, discipline, and productivity.

Qualifications:

M.Tech / B.Tech

in Electrical Engineering (higher qualification preferred).

5-8 years of proven experience in solar installation projects, with at least 3-5 years in a supervisory/managerial role.

Strong knowledge of solar PV systems (Rooftop & Ground-mounted), inverters, BOS, safety, and regulatory compliance.

Proficiency in MS Office

(Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project reporting tools. Must own a

2-wheeler + valid driving license

(frequent site visits may be required). Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: Up to ₹25,000.00 per month
