We are looking for a motivated and reliable

Solar Installation Assistant

to join our growing solar energy team. This is a full-time position ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, outdoor environments, and learning a skilled trade in the renewable energy industry.

Responsibilities

Assist lead installers with residential and commercial solar panel installations Carry, load, and organize tools, materials, and equipment Help mount racking systems and solar panels Follow safety procedures and company guidelines at all times Maintain a clean and organized job site Support troubleshooting and basic maintenance tasks as needed
Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent (preferred) Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions Comfortable working at heights and on rooftops Physically able to lift 50+ lbs Basic hand tool knowledge is a plus Reliable transportation to job sites Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Previous solar or construction experience is an advantage, but

training is provided
