We are looking for a hardworking and reliable
Helper
to support site activities and assist technicians and engineers at solar project locations. The role involves basic manual work and on-site assistance.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist solar technicians and site staff during installation work
Carry tools, materials, and equipment at site
Support in panel mounting, wiring assistance, and site cleaning
Follow safety instructions and site guidelines
Perform basic tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Qualifications:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass
Physically fit and willing to work at project sites
Willingness to learn new skills
