Job Description

We are seeking

enthusiastic and results-driven Field Marketing Executives

to be the face of our product and drive direct customer engagement. This role is crucial for increasing product awareness and generating high-quality leads through various on-the-ground activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Door-to-Door Outreach:

Execute localized marketing campaigns by engaging potential customers directly at their homes or businesses.

Event & Exhibition Management:

Proactively manage and staff promotional stands at exhibitions, trade shows, and other events to showcase the product and attract visitors.

Field Visits & Community Engagement:

Conduct scheduled and unscheduled visits to target areas to distribute materials, engage with the community, and identify marketing opportunities.

Awareness & Education:

Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and value proposition to a diverse audience.

Lead Generation & Reporting:

Identify, qualify, and diligently record leads interested in the product, ensuring accurate data capture and daily reporting of field activity and outcomes.
Requirements:

Exceptional Communication:

Proven ability to engage strangers, maintain compelling conversations, and articulate information clearly and persuasively.

Interpersonal Skills:

A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor that builds immediate rapport and trust.

Self-Motivated & Independent:

Ability to work effectively without constant supervision and maintain high energy and enthusiasm throughout the day.

Mobility:

Willingness to travel extensively and work flexible hours, including weekends, to cover events and field assignments.

Job Types: Part-time, Fresher, Internship
Contract length: 24 months

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 40 per week

Panditwari, Dehradun, Uttarakhand: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:

Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Preferred)
Experience:

Direct marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
