ob Summary:

The Solar Field Engineer will be responsible for supervising, installing, inspecting, and maintaining solar power systems at project sites. The role requires hands-on technical skills, site coordination, and ensuring timely completion of project activities with compliance to safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct site surveys, feasibility checks, and technical assessments. Supervise installation of solar panels, mounting structures, inverters, and electrical components. Coordinate with contractors, technicians, and internal project teams for smooth execution. Perform testing, troubleshooting, and commissioning of solar PV systems. Monitor system performance and ensure adherence to design specifications. Prepare site reports, daily progress updates, and documentation. Ensure all safety guidelines are followed during execution. Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities (O&M). Resolve on-site technical issues and provide timely escalation when required. Support project handover activities and client coordination.
