Job Description

Develop detailed solar PV system designs for residential, commercial, and utility-scale projects, considering site-specific conditions, energy requirements, and client specifications. Perform comprehensive

shading analysis, energy production estimates (yield analysis), and performance simulations

using specialized software (e.g., PVsyst, HelioScope, AutoCAD, Arka 360). Optimize system layouts for maximum energy yield, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness, including module selection, inverter sizing, string configurations, and array orientations. Prepare detailed engineering drawings, single-line diagrams (SLDs), array layouts, electrical schematics, and structural layouts using CAD software. Develop technical specifications for all system components, including PV modules, inverters, mounting structures, cables, protection devices, and monitoring systems. Generate bill of materials (BOM) and equipment lists for procurement. Prepare comprehensive technical reports and proposals for clients and internal stakeholders. Conduct site assessments (remotely or on-site as required) to evaluate factors such as solar irradiance, available space, shading obstructions, structural integrity, and grid interconnection possibilities. Perform feasibility studies and detailed engineering analysis for proposed projects.
