Qualification:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in

Electrical / Electronics / Mechanical / Energy Engineering

1 to 2 years of relevant experience in

Solar PV projects

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated Solar Engineer with 1-2 years of hands-on experience in solar power systems. The candidate will support the design, installation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance of solar PV projects while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in

design and layout

of solar PV systems (rooftop and ground-mounted) Perform

site surveys

and feasibility assessments Support

installation, testing, and commissioning

of solar power plants Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues Prepare basic

technical drawings, SLDs, and BOQs

Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and site teams Ensure adherence to

electrical safety and quality standards

Maintain project documentation and reports Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance activities
Technical Skills:

Knowledge of

Solar PV systems, inverters, panels, and BOS components

Basic understanding of

AC/DC electrical systems

Familiarity with

earthing, lightning protection, and grid connectivity

Ability to read electrical drawings and wiring diagrams Basic knowledge of tools such as

AutoCAD, Excel

, or PV design software (preferred)
Soft Skills:

Willingness to travel to project sites Problem-solving and analytical ability Team player with a proactive attitude

Salary

Negotiable - based on experience and technical proficiency.
Work Schedule :Full-time, 6 days working (Sunday weekly off).

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
