Job Vacancy: Site Engineer

Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹22,000 per month

As we expand our operations, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Site Engineer to join our team.

: We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with a minimum Diploma Degree in Electrical Engineering. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 years of relevant experience, preferably in the solar energy sector. As a Site Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing on-site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate site activities, ensuring adherence to project plans and specifications.

Conduct site inspections and assessments to monitor progress and resolve any issues.

Collaborate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.

Oversee the installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems and solar panels.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.

Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical problems that arise during the project lifecycle.

Provide technical support and guidance to site staff and subcontractors.

Qualifications:

Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

Minimum of 1 years of experience in site engineering, with a preference for experience in the solar energy sector.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, solar technology, and construction practices.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with solar energy projects, including installation and maintenance of solar panels and systems.

Familiarity with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols in construction and electrical work.

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
