We are looking for skilled and motivated Solar Engineers to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for designing, installing, commissioning, and maintaining solar power projects across India. This role requires strong technical knowledge, site execution capability, and willingness to travel pan India.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and review solar PV system layouts (rooftop & ground-mounted).
Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, and load analysis.
Preparation of BOQ, technical drawings, and documentation.
Supervision of installation, testing, and commissioning of solar projects.
Troubleshooting and maintenance of solar systems.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and government regulations.
Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and clients for project execution.
Support in project estimation, costing, and tender documentation.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical .
1-3 years of experience in solar power projects (freshers with strong knowledge can also apply).
Knowledge of AutoCAD, PVsyst, MS Office, and electrical drawings.
Strong understanding of solar PV modules, inverters, and BOS components.
Ability to handle on-site execution and team management.
Willingness to travel extensively across India.
