: Solar Engineer

Position Overview:

Hypr Octa is looking for a talented Solar Engineer to join our team. This role is ideal for professionals passionate about renewable energy and eager to contribute to the design, implementation, and maintenance of solar power systems. You will play a critical role in delivering energy-efficient solutions that align with our commitment to sustainability.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Design and Development:

Create and optimize designs for solar PV systems, including layouts, schematics, and structural plans.

Use software tools such as AutoCAD and PVsyst for accurate system modeling.

2. Project Feasibility and Assessment:

Conduct on-site evaluations to assess solar potential, structural integrity, and energy needs.

Prepare feasibility studies, cost analyses, and system performance estimates.

3. Installation Oversight:

Supervise the installation and commissioning of solar systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Coordinate with installation teams to address technical challenges and maintain quality standards.

4. System Maintenance and Optimization:

Monitor system performance, identify inefficiencies, and implement solutions for maximum energy output.

Troubleshoot technical issues and recommend maintenance or upgrades as needed.

5. Collaboration and Reporting:

Work closely with clients, contractors, and team members to ensure project success.

Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree/diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Renewable Energy, or a related field.

Experience in solar system design, installation, and maintenance is preferred.

Proficiency with tools like AutoCAD and PVsyst is an advantage.

Strong understanding of solar technology and compliance standards.

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project management skills.
