Job Description

We are looking for a

Solar Engineer

with relevant experience in

Operations & Maintenance (O&M)

or

Project Execution

of solar power plants. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge of solar systems and hands-on experience in managing field operations at

utility-scale or rooftop solar projects

.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and execute O&M activities at solar project sites. Perform preventive & corrective maintenance of solar equipment (inverters, panels, transformers, cables, etc.). Conduct inspections, troubleshooting, and resolve technical issues. Monitor plant performance using

SCADA or other monitoring tools

. Coordinate with site technicians, vendors, and contractors for smooth operations. Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly performance/maintenance reports. Ensure compliance with

safety, quality, and regulatory standards

at the site.

Skills Required

Solar PV System Design & Electrical System Design (LT/HT) AutoCAD (Electrical & Civil Drawings) PVsyst / Helioscope Simulation Single Line Diagram (SLD) Preparation Cable Sizing & Route Planning Inverter & Module Selection Bill of Materials (BOM) Preparation Knowledge of MNRE Guidelines & IEC Standards Hands-on troubleshooting of solar equipment Quality & Safety Compliance in Solar Projects

Requirements

Diploma / B.E / B.Tech in

Electrical or related field

.

Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience

in solar O&M or project execution. Good understanding of PV modules, inverters, and BOS components. Ability to manage site activities and field operations independently.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
