? Plan, schedule, predict and manage all the technical tasks of the assigned project to assure accuracy, proper resources and quality from start to finish

? Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly.

? Managing construction projects and timely completion

? Handling & Monitoring Contractor responsibilities

? Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project performances

? Performing quality control tasks on budgets, schedules, plans and personnel performance and reporting on the project's status.

? Reviewing the engineering tasks and initiating the necessary corrective actions.

? Ensuring the project's compliance with the applicable codes, policies, performance standards, and specifications.

? End to end execution of Roof Top solar mounted projects

? Project execution experience at multiple locations and multiple state will be an added advantages

? Well versed with MS Office operations (Excel, Power Point)

Technical Expertise

? Deep practical knowledge of electrical equipment such as HT panels, transformers, inverters, switchgear and protection systems, MMS Structure installation etc.

? Monitor mechanical assembly of solar panels (mounting modules, clamps, and fasteners).

? Supervise installation of solar module mounting structures (MMS)

? Ensure proper alignment, leveling, and torque tightening as per specifications.

? Hands-on experience in AC works (HT/LT cabling, transformer installation, switchyard erection, grid connectivity, synchronization) and DC works (module mounting, stringing, DC cabling, combiner boxes, earthing, and surge protection).

? Project Management: Strong business acumen in project planning, execution, monitoring, and team coordination.

? Skills: Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills, with the ability to prepare technical reports and documentation.

? Minimum

3 years

of execution experience in the solar PV industry in Roof Top mount
