Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled and experienced

Solar Electrician

to join our solar installation team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in installing, wiring, and maintaining residential or commercial solar PV systems. This is a full-time, on-site position offering a competitive salary and long-term growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, test, and commission solar PV systems (rooftop and/or ground-mounted). Perform electrical wiring, conduit work, and panel connections as per system design. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair electrical issues in solar installations. Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes during all installations. Assist in site surveys and pre-installation assessments when required. Work with engineers and project managers to ensure timely project completion. Perform routine maintenance and inspections of installed systems. Maintain accurate documentation and installation records.

Requirements:

2-5 years of proven experience as a

Solar Electrician

. Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering. Solid understanding of solar electrical components, wiring, and installation standards. Familiarity with safety protocols and local electrical regulations. Physically fit and comfortable working at heights or on rooftops. Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
