Design and develop solar power systems for APSPDCL projects.
Conduct site assessments, feasibility studies, and system simulations.
Create detailed CAD drawings and solar layouts.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and APSPDCL regulations.
Government Liaison & Compliance:
Act as the primary point of contact between APSPDCL and government agencies.
Facilitate approvals, permits, and compliance with solar energy regulations.
Monitor policy changes and regulatory updates, advising APSPDCL leadership.
Represent APSPDCL in government meetings, public hearings, and regulatory discussions.
Prepare and submit reports, proposals, and documentation required by government authorities.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, Public Administration, or a related field.
Technical Expertise:
Proficiency in
AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope
, and solar energy modeling.
Regulatory Knowledge:
Strong understanding of
solar energy policies, government regulations, and compliance requirements
.
Communication & Negotiation:
Excellent interpersonal skills for liaising with government officials and stakeholders.
Project Management:
Ability to oversee solar projects and ensure timely approvals.
