Job Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented

Solar Design Engineer

to join our growing technical team. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in

solar PV system design, electrical layouts, and AutoCAD drawings

for both

rooftop and ground-mounted solar projects

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop

solar PV system layouts

, single line diagrams (SLDs), and wiring schematics. Conduct

site feasibility assessments

and prepare technical design reports. Use

AutoCAD and PVsyst

to perform system simulations and energy yield estimations. Prepare

BOM (Bill of Materials)

and technical documentation for EPC execution. Coordinate with project engineers, procurement, and installation teams. Ensure compliance with

MNRE, CEI, and DISCOM standards

. Optimize system design for

cost, efficiency, and performance

. Support tender documentation, client proposals, and technical presentations.

Required Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years of experience in

solar design engineering

(EPC preferred). Proficient in

AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, and MS Office tools

. Strong knowledge of

solar modules, inverters, cables, and mounting structures

. Understanding of

electrical codes, load calculations, and grid integration

. Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
