: Designing and optimizing ground-mounted, rooftop, or carport solar PV and BESS (Battery Energy Storage Systems) for various applications. This includes load analysis, equipment selection, and electrical schematics.
Site Assessment
: Conducting site assessments and feasibility studies to evaluate shading, temperature, and weather conditions to optimize system performance.
Documentation & Drafting
: Creating detailed engineering documents, including:
PV layouts
Single-Line Diagrams (SLDs)
Bills of Materials (BOMs)
Structural and electrical drawings
Performance Analysis
: Performing system simulations and energy yield calculations using software like PVsyst, AutoCAD, or Helioscope.
Compliance & Coordination
: Ensuring all designs meet regulatory standards, safety guidelines, and local Authority Having Jurisdictions (AHJ's) codes (e.g., NEC-compliant).
Project Management Support
: Collaborating with project managers, field technicians, and construction teams, and providing technical support during installation and commissioning.
Interconnection
: Supporting interconnection applications and coordinating with utilities.
