Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain solar products and services.
Generate leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and database management.
Fix appointments for the sales/field team and update call status daily.
Understand customer requirements and provide basic solar system information (3kW, 5kW, savings, subsidy, etc.).
Maintain customer data, call logs, and follow-up schedules in CRM/Excel.
Achieve daily/weekly calling targets and lead conversion goals.
Coordinate with sales executives for site visits and order closures.
Qualification:
Plus Two / Degree
Telecalling or customer service experience is an added advantage.
