Job Description

Supervise daily production of

solar controllers

and ensure adherence to quality standards. Monitor assembly, wiring, PCB fitting, and testing processes. Troubleshoot technical issues in controllers and coordinate with the design/R&D team for rectification. Ensure calibration, load testing, and final inspection are carried out as per SOPs. Maintain records for production output, testing results, and rework. Manage team of operators, assign daily tasks, and ensure discipline and safety. Verify components availability and coordinate with the

procurement department

for timely material supply. Ensure preventive maintenance of testing jigs and equipment. Provide on-job training to team members and maintain high production efficiency. Support in

solar pump controller installation

trials or field feedback if required.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?40,000.00 per month
