Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Identify and outreach to potential C&I clients via networking, cold calls, and digital campaigns.

Client Engagement:

Build relationships with key stakeholders (operations, C-suite) and understand their energy consumption and financial goals.

Solution Proposal:

Develop and present customized techno-commercial proposals, highlighting savings, environmental benefits, and government schemes.

Deal Closure:

Negotiate contracts, manage sales pipelines, and coordinate handovers to execution teams.

Market Understanding:

Stay updated on policies, subsidies (like India's KUSUM), and market trends.

Coordination:

Work with technical, project, and asset management teams for seamless project delivery.
Essential Skills & Traits

B2B Sales & Business Development:

Proven track record in industrial or B2B sales.

Solar Industry Knowledge:

Understanding of C&I solar EPC, open access, and energy procurement.

Relationship Building:

Ability to build long-term trust with clients.

Commercial Acumen:

Strong negotiation, proposal management, and understanding of deal structures.

Communication:

Clear, calm, and professional communication.

Proactive & Independent:

Self-motivated with high ownership.
Typical Experience

3-8 years in sales/business development, with 1-3 years in solar/renewable energy. Experience in B2B/industrial sales, infrastructure, or utility sectors is valuable.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
