Job Category: Customer ServicesDegree Level: Bachelor's Degree:As a SUS Engineer in the Software Upgrade Services team, you will play a critical role in ensuring seamless software testing and verification of our cutting-edge telecommunications products. Working closely with cross-functional teams, you'll engage in functionality and node testing, guide software release verification, and manage both pilot and mass deployment activities. You will thrive in a dynamic work environment that encourages innovation and continuous improvement, where your contributions directly impact service quality and customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

• Conduct software testing and verification for seamless software upgrades and functionality assessment.
• Execute Method of Procedure for pre and post upgrade checks and ensure compliance with upgrade protocols.
• Conduct troubleshooting of software issues post-upgrade to ensure system reliability and performance.
• Coordinate software release verification and acceptance processes for both pilot and mass deployments.
• Prepare and submit timely status and event reports, maintaining established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Provide technical expertise to team members to enhance deployment efficiency and address challenges.

Qualifications:You have:

• B.E / B.Tech in Telecommunication, Computer, Software, or Electrical Engineering.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in Customer Support.
• Experience with Radio LTE/5G & Cloud RAN Products (NADCM/Airframe).
• Proficiency in software upgrades and feature activation.
• Basic troubleshooting skills and experience with log collection & processing tools.

It would be nice if you also had:

• Experience in maintaining KPIs and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with Method of Procedure Testing and deployment processes.
