Job role:

We are looking for Software Development Training Delivery Manager, who can plan and deliver training programs to cover both current and future needs of our corporate clients.


Responsibilities:

  • Manage training process - virtual training & on-premise training.
  • Build session plans: number of sessions, targets for venues, services required by the delivery execution teams, etc.
  • Conduct induction & on-boarding of all training programs.
  • Have to take care of end-to-end training and scheduling of the sessions. This includes preparation of training plan, adding the courses, creating the classes, and uploading the content.
  • Finalise on the technical content & assessment plans.
  • Schedule training timetable for each cohort.
  • Map trainers, confirm the program schedule to trainers and complete the on-boarding activities.
  • Set review mechanism, define impact goals and feedback plan.
  • Measure defined vs actuals and work on improvements and best practices.
  • Engagement/Disengagement based on performance.
  • Handle exceptions during the program.
  • Manage and resolve queries related to content received from clients.
  • Add/Update process document whenever there is a change in process.
  • Perform regular quality check for all the task which helps to reduce minor/major human errors.
  • Help in expediting the on-boarding and training of SMEs & Trainers.
  • Manage weekly/monthly availability metrics of the trainer.
  • Coordinate with Internal teams - Sales/Admin/Finance/HR on need basis.
  • MIS reports of weekly/monthly activities.
  • Support the cross functional teams across the range of venues in the design and delivery of learning and development activities for major events.



Requirements:
  • Strong experience in handling Technical Training team.
  • Ability to understand the clients requirement and allocate based on technical skillset (Java, Javascript, C, C++, Angular, React.js, Full stack, etc.,) of the trainer.
  • Excellent is understanding the requirements of clients, plan and execute based on the availability of the resources.
  • Ability to understand and develop content, test scripts, practise exercises based on trending scenarios.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
  • Excellent skills to ensure seamless training delivery across all sessions.
  • Strong project management skills with an ability to prioritise tasks and work well under pressure.
  • Ability to analyse the activity for problem solving and management reporting.
  • Attention to detail and ability to undertake root cause analysis.
  • Demonstrable understanding of operational risk management controls.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
  • Ability to take ownership and bias for execution of training programs as per the client requirements.
  • Ability to build positive working relationships with people across the business.
