About the Role
We are setting up a structured training program under our Learning & Development (L&D) function to groom freshers. We are looking for a
Consultant Tech Trainer
who will support the program by guiding trainees, conducting sessions, co-developing curriculum, and ensuring the program delivers skilled and job-ready professionals.
Roles and Responsibilities1. Training & Mentorship
Be available at the training center for
2-3 hours daily
to resolve trainees' doubts.
Conduct
2-3 structured technical sessions weekly
on programming, problem-solving, and project-based learning.
Assign hands-on exercises and monitor progress.
Provide
one-on-one mentoring
to struggling trainees.
2. Curriculum Design & Improvement
Collaborate with the
L&D coordinator
to design, update, and improve training curriculum quarterly.
Suggest
industry-relevant tools, frameworks, and case studies
to integrate.
Create
practice assignments, quizzes, and coding challenges
to strengthen the curriculum.
3. Assessments & Evaluations
Design and evaluate
technical tests, coding challenges, and projects
to assess trainee competency.
Participate in
interviews and final evaluations
for converting trainees into full-time employees.
Provide
detailed feedback reports
on each trainee's progress and readiness.
4. Program Success & Coordination
Work jointly with the L&D coordinator to ensure smooth execution of the training calendar.
Suggest
tools/platforms for learning management
Help implement
tracking dashboards
for trainee performance.
5. Additional Responsibilities
Conduct
monthly knowledge-sharing sessions
with internal teams to align training outcomes with business needs.
Provide inputs on
emerging technology trends
to ensure curriculum remains future-ready.
Mentor
high-performing trainees
for fast-track career paths.
Help in maintaining a
training report dashboard
(attendance, engagement, performance scores).
Ensure a
minimum NPS score from trainees >75%
each quarter.
Educational Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree Technology or related field is required.
