Key Responsibilities

Develop Training:

Create curricula, manuals, presentations, and e-learning modules for various software.

Deliver Training:

Conduct engaging sessions (classroom, virtual, one-on-one) for diverse audiences.

Assess & Support:

Evaluate learner comprehension, provide feedback, offer post-training support, and troubleshoot issues.

Stay Current:

Maintain up-to-date knowledge of software updates, features, and industry trends.

Collaborate:

Work with development, sales, and support teams to refine training and software.

Documentation:

Maintain training records and metrics, and document user issues.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Technical:

Strong knowledge of target software (e.g., MS Office, specific platforms, coding languages).

Communication:

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills to simplify complex topics.

Interpersonal:

Patience, strong interpersonal skills, ability to motivate and work with diverse groups.

Instructional Design:

Ability to create effective learning materials and adapt methods.

Organizational:

Planning, research, and time management skills.

Experience:

Proven experience in training, with degrees in IT, CS, or Education often preferred.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
