Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and passionate

Java & Python Trainer

to design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs. The trainer will be responsible for creating engaging course content, conducting hands-on sessions, mentoring learners, and preparing them for industry-ready roles.

Responsibilities

Deliver structured training sessions in

Core Java, Advanced Java, Python, and related frameworks

. Design, update, and maintain

curriculum, lesson plans, assignments, and projects

. Conduct

practical workshops, lab sessions, and coding exercises

. Assess learners through tests, assignments, and project evaluations. Provide

mentorship and guidance

, resolving technical queries effectively. Stay updated with the latest

industry tools, trends, and technologies

. Collaborate with academic/industry partners to enhance training quality. Collect feedback and continuously

improve training delivery and materials

.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Computer Science, IT, or related field

.

2+ years of experience

in Java and Python development or training. Strong knowledge of

Object-Oriented Programming, DSA, REST APIs, and Databases (SQL/NoSQL)

. Familiarity with frameworks such as

Spring Boot (Java) and Django/Flask (Python)

. Proficiency in

front-end basics

(HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is an added advantage. Excellent

communication, presentation, and mentoring skills

Skills

Curriculum development and instructional design. Strong problem-solving and coding expertise. Ability to engage learners with interactive and practical teaching methods. Knowledge of

Git/GitHub, IDEs, and deployment tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,557.61 - ₹29,715.71 per month
