Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions on

Full Stack Development

(MERN / MEAN / LAMP / Java / .NET Stack). Teach technologies including:

Front-End

: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, Angular, Bootstrap

Back-End

: Node.js, Express.js, Java, Python, .NET, PHP

Database

: MongoDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Firebase

Version Control

: Git, GitHub

Dev Tools

: VS Code, Postman, Docker (optional) Prepare training materials such as PPTs, hands-on exercises, assignments, and real-world projects. Customize training programs as per the learner profile (beginners to advanced). Evaluate student performance through tests, code reviews, and project evaluations. Provide individual mentoring, doubt-solving sessions, and career guidance. Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into the curriculum. Assist in building live projects to enhance learning outcomes. Collaborate with other trainers or departments for program development.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Proven experience in Full Stack Development. Prior experience in training, mentoring, or technical education (preferred). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Hands-on expertise in:

React.js / Angular

Node.js / Express.js / Java / .NET

MongoDB / MySQL / Firebase

Familiarity with RESTful APIs, authentication, deployment, and SDLC. Ability to simplify technical concepts for learners of all levels.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in any web development technology or teaching. Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Heroku). Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodology. Exposure to code collaboration and CI/CD tools.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Learner satisfaction scores and feedback. Completion and certification rates. Placement or project outcomes. Session delivery punctuality and quality.
