Job Description

Design & Delivery:

Develop and conduct training sessions (in-person, online) for specific software, including hands-on practice.

Material Creation:

Produce user guides, tutorials, handouts, and other instructional content.

Needs Assessment:

Evaluate user/client skill levels and organizational needs to customize training.

Support & Feedback:

Offer ongoing support, troubleshoot issues, and provide constructive feedback to learners.

Collaboration:

Work with development teams to understand updates and provide user feedback for software improvement.

Staying Current:

Keep up-to-date with the latest software features, trends, and teaching methodologies.

Pay: ?8,792.16 - ?23,317.37 per month
