Identify training needs for each trainee under his/her supervision.
Determine individual training requirements.
Following up on the effectiveness of training and report the higher authorities about the same.
Responsible for development/refinement of study material & teaching strategies.
Willing to Learn and Grow with the Team/Organisation.
