Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deliver curriculum in Full Stack Development (front-end, back-end, databases, APIs). Teach core web development technologies including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks such as React.js, Angular, or Vue.js. Guide students in back-end programming using Python, Node.js, and database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Introduce students to API development, integration, and cloud-based applications. Conduct hands-on coding sessions, labs, and project-based learning to enhance practical skills. Assess and evaluate student performance through assignments, projects, and examinations. Mentor students on debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving techniques. Stay updated with emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence and incorporate them into the teaching curriculum. Collaborate with academic coordinators to align teaching practices with institutional standards. Encourage innovation, teamwork, and critical thinking among students.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 3-10 years of teaching or training experience in Computer Science/Full Stack Development. Strong knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Angular, Vue.js). Proficiency in back-end frameworks (Python, Node.js) and databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB). Experience in developing and integrating RESTful APIs. Familiarity with Git/version control and responsive web design practices. Ability to design project-based learning modules simulating real-world development. Excellent communication and presentation skills to explain technical concepts clearly. Strong mentoring ability to guide students in both academics and career preparation. * Knowledge of ERP, CRM, or AI-based applications is an added advantage.
