Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled Programmer Faculty to train and mentor students in programming languages, software development concepts, and practical project work. The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge and the ability to simplify concepts for learners.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and online training sessions on programming languages (C, C++, Java, Python, etc.) Teach fundamentals of programming, data structures, OOPs, and software development practices Prepare lesson plans, assignments, and practical exercises Guide students through projects, coding tasks, and assessments Monitor student progress and provide feedback for improvement Stay updated with industry trends and incorporate new tools/techniques Maintain training quality and ensure student engagement

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Strong knowledge of C, C++, Java, Python, SQL, and basic web technologies Good communication and presentation skills Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field Prior teaching or training experience is an advantage
