Job Description

We are seeking a

Full-Time Software Trainer cum Project Co-ordinator

with flexible hours to join our architectural firm. The ideal candidate will be an expert in key Architectural, Engineering, and Construction (AEC) software and dedicated to maximizing the proficiency of our design and technical teams. This role is crucial for ensuring our staff can effectively utilize our technology stack to deliver high-quality, innovative architectural project

Key Responsibilities

Training & Development

Design and Deliver Training:

Develop and conduct comprehensive training programs (individual and group sessions, both in-person and virtual) on

AutoCAD, Revit, BIM methodology, SketchUp, Lumion, and/or D5 Render

.

Curriculum Creation:

Create and maintain high-quality, up-to-date training materials, including manuals, quick reference guides, video tutorials, and hands-on exercises, tailored to various skill levels (beginner to advanced).

Skill Assessment:

Evaluate trainees' software proficiency and provide constructive feedback and individualized support to ensure effective skill transfer and retention.

BIM Implementation:

Train staff on

Building Information Modeling (BIM)

best practices, standards, and collaborative workflows within the Revit environment, ensuring compliance with office and project standards.

Support & Optimization

Technical Support:

Serve as a primary technical resource for staff, offering timely, one-on-one support for software-related issues and complex modeling or rendering challenges.

Workflow Optimization:

Collaborate with project teams to identify bottlenecks and implement optimized workflows and best practices in design, documentation, and visualization across all software platforms.

Template & Content Management:

Assist in the development and maintenance of company-standard templates, families (in Revit), blocks (in AutoCAD), and material libraries to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?60,000.00 per month
