About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and dynamic

Software Trainer - College & Campus Programs

to join our academic training division. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about teaching and mentoring college students, eager to stay updated with emerging technologies, and capable of delivering engaging sessions across multiple domains.

You will be responsible for empowering students with practical knowledge and hands-on exposure to modern technologies such as

Artificial Intelligence (AI), Big Data Analytics, Cloud Computing, Virtual & Augmented Reality (VR/AR), Cyber Security, Blockchain, and the Internet of Things (IoT)

. This position offers an excellent opportunity to represent the organization in seminars, workshops, and institutional training programs.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver

engaging, interactive, and practical training sessions

on software and programming technologies for college students, institutional batches, and corporate trainees. Conduct training on advanced topics such as:

Artificial Intelligence

- Need for AI, History, Foundations, Applications, Generative AI, and Future Prospects.

Big Data Analytics

- Data Evolution, Frameworks, Tools, and Applications.

Cloud Computing

- Concepts, Components, Characteristics, AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platforms.

Virtual & Augmented Reality

- HMDs, Tools, HoloLens, Applications in Education & Industry, and Mixed Reality.

Cyber Security & Blockchain

- CIA Triad, Cyber Crimes, Security Methods, Data Privacy, Blockchain Concepts & Applications.

Internet of Things (IoT)

- Architecture, Enabling Technologies, Deployment Models, and Real-world Applications. Prepare

training materials, presentations, and hands-on assignments

to enhance student learning outcomes. Assess student performance and provide

constructive feedback

to improve learning efficiency. Coordinate with academic and training teams to ensure

smooth execution of campus programs

. Represent the organization professionally during

college seminars, workshops, and institutional events

.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience). Strong knowledge of at least one

core programming language

(Java, Python, C, or similar).

Willingness and ability to learn and train

in multiple technologies and software domains. Excellent

communication, presentation, and public speaking skills

.

Minimum 5 to 20 years of teaching or training experience

in colleges or in any recognized software training institution.
