We are looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable
Software Trainer
with strong expertise in
Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), and Data Science
to join our Training & Automation Learning Centre.
The ideal candidate must be passionate about teaching, able to simplify complex concepts, and committed to building future-ready professionals.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality classroom and online training sessions on
AI, ML, Python, Data Science
, and related tools.
Design training materials, modules, case studies, and real-time projects.
Provide hands-on guidance to students on datasets, algorithms, and model building.
Conduct assessments, evaluate learning progress, and provide constructive feedback.
Stay updated with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies.
Assist in curriculum development aligned with industry standards.
Mentor students during capstone and live projects.
Coordinate with the academic team to ensure smooth execution of training batches.
Foster a positive and engaging learning environment.
Required Skills & Expertise
Strong knowledge of
Python

Matplotlib

, and ML libraries like
Scikit-learn
.
Hands-on experience in
AI/ML model development
, classification, regression, clustering, NLP, and predictive analytics.
Good understanding of
Data Science concepts
(EDA, Feature Engineering, Statistics, Data Visualization).
Knowledge of
Deep Learning frameworks
(TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch) is an added advantage.
Strong communication, presentation, and teaching skills.
Ability to handle diverse student groups and queries patiently.
Experience in training, teaching, or mentoring is preferred.
Qualifications
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, AI/ML, Data Science or relevant field.
1-4 years of industry or teaching experience in AI/ML/Data Science.
Additional Preferences (Good to Have)
Certifications in AI/ML/Data Science.
Prior experience in an ed-tech or training institute.
Experience working on real-world datasets and industry projects.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
