Job Title: Software Trainee & EduTech Trainer

Experience: 6 months - 1 Year

Qualification: B.Tech (CS/IT), BCA, B.Sc (Computer Science), MCA, or related field

Location: Kochi

Employment Type: 1 Year Contract

Job Summary

We are looking for a passionate and flexible Trainee who can contribute to both our Software Department and EduTech wing. The ideal candidate will support software testing activities while also assisting in delivering training sessions for students. This role is ideal for freshers who are eager to gain real industry exposure in both technical and teaching domains.

Key Responsibilities

Software Department (Testing):

Assist in manual testing of software applications
Document bugs, reports, and test results
Support the QA team in test case execution
Collaborate with developers for issue resolution
EduTech Department (Teaching):

Assist in delivering basic technical training to students
Support classroom activities, doubt clearing, and practical sessions
Help prepare learning materials and project demonstrations
Maintain student progress reports
Willingness to travel to different locations for conducting classes
Soft Skills

Good communication and presentation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Patience and interest in teaching
Ability to manage tasks in a dual-role environment
Willingness to learn and adapt
Willingness to travel
Preferred Qualifications

Internship or academic project experience in software testing
Interest or experience in teaching/training
Basic understanding of SDLC and QA processes
Knowledge of programming basics (optional but preferred)
Salary
