Key Responsibilities:

Conduct classroom and/or online training sessions in

Manual Testing

,

Automation Testing

, and

QA tools

Teach testing tools like

Selenium, TestNG, JIRA, Postman, Maven

, etc. Prepare and update training content and assignments Guide students through

real-time projects

, mock interviews, and assessments Provide continuous feedback and support to learners Keep up-to-date with latest trends and tools in Software Testing

Required Skills:

Strong knowledge in STLC, SDLC, and Agile Methodologies Proficient in

Selenium WebDriver

, TestNG, Maven, JUnit, Cucumber, and related frameworks Understanding of

MySQL, Java/Python

for automation scripting Familiarity with API Testing using Postman, performance testing using JMeter Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to handle a batch and manage doubt-clearing sessions effectively

Eligibility:

Bachelor's/Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field Prior experience in a similar training role or corporate QA role preferred
