Software Testing Intern
who is passionate about technology, eager to learn, and excited to contribute to real-world projects ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital products.
Responsibilities:
Assist in testing web and mobile applications to identify bugs, usability issues, and performance bottlenecks.
Write, execute, and document test cases for different modules and features.
Collaborate with developers and project managers to ensure smooth product releases.
Perform functional, regression, integration, and UI testing across multiple platforms.
Report bugs clearly using issue-tracking tools and follow up on fixes.
Stay updated with QA/testing trends, tools, and methodologies to improve efficiency.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Basic understanding of software testing concepts (manual or automation).
Familiarity with SDLC, STLC, and defect life cycle.
Knowledge of writing and executing test cases.
Good communication and problem-solving skills.
Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to identify inconsistencies.
Preferred Skills (Basics Mandatory):
Exposure to automation tools like Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or Cypress.
Basic knowledge of SQL for database testing.
Familiarity with API testing tools (e.g., Postman, JMeter).
Understanding of Agile methodology and version control (Git).
