to conduct training sessions for college students in Bangalore. The trainer will be responsible for delivering both Manual and Automation Testing modules, conducting practical sessions, and mentoring students as per academic requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct classroom-based training for college students on
Software Testing
.
Deliver sessions on
Manual Testing, SDLC/STLC, Test Case Design, Defect Tracking
, etc.
Teach
Automation Testing tools
such as Selenium (with Java/Python), JUnit/TestNG, and basic frameworks.
Prepare lesson plans, training materials, assignments, and assessments.
Guide students through hands-on exercises, testing projects, and tools.
Track and maintain student attendance, performance, and feedback.
Coordinate with college management and Netcraftz Edutech internal team for smooth training delivery.
Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of:
Manual Testing Fundamentals
Automation Testing - Selenium WebDriver
Basics of
Java/Python
for test automation
Test Management Tools (JIRA, Bugzilla, etc.)
API Testing (Postman) - added advantage* Excellent communication and classroom handling skills.
Ability to simplify concepts for students with varied learning levels.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
1-3 years of training or industry experience
in Software Testing.
Prior experience in college training will be an added advantage.
