About the Role

GoodPegg is looking for a motivated fresher for

Software Testing (QA)

and

Management/Coordination tasks

This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a strong foundation in

Quality Analyst, Project coordination

team management

Key Responsibilities:

Perform manual testing of mobile and web applications. Identify bugs, document them properly, and report to the development team. Coordinate with developers to ensure timely fixes. Learn and gradually use tools like JIRA, TestRail, or Postman (training will be provided). Support project managers in planning and tracking tasks. Maintain basic project documentation, reports, and progress sheets. Coordinate between internal teams for updates. Assist in basic HR/administrative tasks when required.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of software development and testing. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving ability. Organized, disciplined, and willing to take responsibility. Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets, documentation, and computer operations.

Education

B.Tech / BCA / MCA

OR

BBA / MBA / Any graduate with interest in IT & coordination roles.
