Key Responsibilities Test Planning and Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans to ensure that software functions as expected. Conduct both manual and automated tests. Bug Identification and Reporting: Identify, document, and report bugs and glitches to the development team. Track defects and ensure they are resolved promptly. Quality Assurance: Ensure software products meet quality standards and are error-free. Validate that user requirements and specifications are met. Collaboration with Development Team: Work closely with software developers and engineers to understand product requirements and resolve any issues that arise during the testing phase. Test Automation: Develop and maintain automated test scripts to increase testing efficiency. Performance Testing: Conduct performance testing to ensure software stability and efficiency under load. Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of testing processes and results for future reference and compliance. Must have 2-3 years of experience in software testing. Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes. Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools. Familiarity with Agile frameworks and regression testing. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
