Job Overview

We are seeking a

Software Tester

with

1-2 years of experience

to join our team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our software applications through manual and automated testing. You'll work closely with developers to identify issues, report bugs, and ensure the best possible user experience.

Key Responsibilities

:

Perform manual and automated testing on software applications. Write and execute test cases for functional, regression, and performance testing. Identify, document, and track defects in the testing process. Collaborate with developers to resolve issues and ensure high-quality software delivery. Ensure that software meets business requirements and quality standards. Assist in developing and maintaining test documentation. Perform end-to-end testing to validate product functionality and user experience. Stay up-to-date with industry best practices for testing and quality assurance.

Requirements

:

Bachelor's degree in

Computer Science

,

Engineering

, or a related field (BE/B.Tech/B.Sc).

1-2 years

of experience in software testing (manual and automated). Knowledge of testing techniques and methodologies (e.g., functional, regression, performance). Familiarity with bug tracking and test management tools (e.g.,

JIRA

,

TestRail

). Understanding of basic programming concepts (e.g.,

Java

,

JavaScript

,

Python

) is a plus. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Good communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with

automated testing tools

(e.g.,

Selenium

JUnit

). Familiarity with

Agile

development methodologies. Understanding of

CI/CD

pipelines and testing in an agile environment.
