Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Software Tester (Manual QA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that all software products meet the highest quality standards through thorough manual testing. This role requires excellent analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, write, and execute detailed test cases based on business and technical requirements.

Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Identify, document, and track software defects using tools such as JIRA or Trello.

Collaborate with developers and business teams to reproduce issues and verify fixes.

Participate in the creation and maintenance of test plans, checklists, and QA documentation.

Ensure software deliverables meet quality benchmarks and user expectations.

Contribute ideas for improving QA processes, testing efficiency, and product performance.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in Manual Software Testing.

Familiarity with test management and defect tracking tools.

Strong understanding of SDLC and STLC.

Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

Effective communication and teamwork skills.
