Support and independently complete test orchestration across the software development lifecycle Conduct manual and automated testing on a variety of desktop, web, and mobile solutions Define, build and maintain manual and automated test scenarios that validate these solutions on an ongoing basis Monitor test results, identify issues, and work with the team to resolve Use defect management and test management tool Participate in all phases of the SDLC to ensure solutions fulfil the highest possible quality, performance, usability, and supportability criteria Assist in the development, integration, maintenance, and documentation of test automation tools and strategies that will add value to testing cycle Qualifications MCA or BS in Computer Science or Engineering with minimum 6 years of related experience Experience with manual and automated testing of desktop, web, and mobile applications Knowledge and experience of automated tools - Selenium, JMeter etc Excellent experience in writing test plans and test cases Excellent experience in creating and executing automation test scripts Basic familiarity with DevOps concepts ISTQB Certification Experience implementing test automation tools and automated testing suites Experience working with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum Experience using SOAP UI/Postman for API Testing, Git for committing code and for creating Pull requests Exposure to working with CI/CD Tool - e.g., Jenkins Previous experience bootstrapping QA on a new initiative Able to clearly explain ideas and thoughts to both technical and non-technical audiences Ability to see far-reaching consequences of proposed solutions Passion for quality detail-oriented and know how to break the software by finding bugs Additional Information AECOM provides a wide array of compensation and benefits programs to meet the diverse needs of our employees and their families.
