Job Description

Major tasks & Responsibilities

1. Analysing users stories and/use cases/requirements for validity and feasibility

2. collaborate closely with other team members and departments

3. execute all levels of testing (System, Integration, and Regression)

4. Design and develop automation scripts when needed

5. Detect and track software defects and inconsistencies

6. Provide timely solutions

7. Apply quality engineering principals throughout the Agile product lifecycle

8. Provide support and documentation

9. To read all the documents and understand what needs to be tested.

10. Based on the information procured in the above step decide how it is to be tested.

11. Inform the test lead about what all resources will be required for software testing.

12. Develop test cases and prioritize testing activities.

13. Execute all the test case and report defects, define severity and priority for each defect.

14. Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects.

15. To check if testing is going hand in hand with the software development in all phases.

16. Prepare the status report of testing activities.

17. Required Interactions with customers.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
