: Network Validation Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented engineer to join our team for NIC driver testing and networking validation. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with network hardware, protocols, and driver-level testing, and will contribute to the development, testing, and optimization of high-performance network solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and execute test plans for NIC drivers across various operating systems (Linux, Windows). Perform functional and performance testing of NIC drivers and firmware. Analyze and debug issues at the driver, kernel, and hardware levels. Collaborate with development teams to ensure driver stability. Perform Validate networking features such as VLAN, QoS, Jumbo Frames, SR-IOV, RSS, and TSO. Automate test cases using scripting languages. Document test results, create bug reports, and track issues to resolution. Stay updated with the latest networking standards and technologies (e.g., Ethernet, TCP/IP, RDMA, DPDK).
Required Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electronics, or related field. 3-5 years of experience in NIC driver testing or network protocol validation. Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, UDP, DHCP, ARP). Experience with Linux Driver development/testing and Deep knowledge of the Linux Networking Stack, eBPF/XDP, and iproute2 Proficiency in P4; Strong Python for automation, Advanced use of Scapy, Tshark/Wireshark, and Tcpdump.
