Very good spoken and written communication in English (absolutely mandatory) Ability to confidently interact with clients and other stake holders (absolutely mandatory) The candidate should be an extrovert and should have a passion for interacting with people Knowledge of various software testing concepts Good understanding of application UI/UX and best practices An eye for quality Ability to work and deliver as a team Ability to deliver projects on time

Expected Role

Will help execute Unit, System and Regression tests to identify bugs in the system Will be working with the developers closely in making sure the applications are bug free and ready for deployment Will be interacting with the clients in a daily manner and providing work updates Will be gathering the information required by developers from other teams / clients Will be involved in daily production support activities, help troubleshooting issues and providing timely resolution to the customer Will be involved in maintenance and administrative activities Will play a key role in identifying and implementing process improvements within the existing system Will be involved in release management activities
