expertise in both C++ & C# development on Windows & Linux platform and software quality assurance
. You will be responsible for
designing and developing
software solutions and communication protocols for our patient monitoring products that enable connectivity and interoperability with other Philips products and clinical devices of other vendors.
You are responsible for
Analyze and understand
software/functional requirements
to design and develop
high-quality software
.
Write
efficient, maintainable code
following best practices and conduct
code reviews
.
Implement developer
-level testing
(unit, component) to ensure software reliability.
Writing unit tests using frameworks such as MS Test or Google Test (GTest) and Gherkin syntax following behavior-driven development (BDD) principles.
Create technical documentation and comply with
development policies
.
Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve
complex software issues
efficiently.
Stay up to date with
technical advancements
and advocate best practices within the team.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
5-8
years' experience with Microsoft
Windows
and
Linux
Embedded Systems.
Hands-on on advanced
C#,
Microsoft .Net(Core) framework. Hands-on on modern
C++
(version: 17/20/23).
Work experience on healthcare interoperability and its standard like
HL7, IEEE 11073
is a plus.
Strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts and software design in UML.
Very good understanding of network protocols (TCP/UDP), WebService sand Web APIs (HTTP/HTTPS/REST/Websockets).
Very good understanding of encryption technologies (TLS) and certificate handling.
Experience with software component and performance testing as well as performance optimization.
Solid hands-on exposure to Git, ADO and Github
Experience with Protocol Buffers and gRPC (Optional)
How we work together
We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week.
Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company's facilities.
Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company's main facilities, generally at the customers' or suppliers' locations.
