:
Responsibilities: * Collaborate within an Agile Scrum team to develop enterprise energy management software and tools that monitors and controls industrial devices such as meters and circuit breakers.

• Develop and maintain responsive, high-performance user interfaces using React.js and related technologies.
• Collaborate with UX designers and product owners to translate requirements into intuitive and visually appealing UI components.
• Implement state management solutions (e.g., Redux, Context API) for complex workflows and data handling.
• Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize UI for speed and scalability.
• Participate in project estimation, code reviews, testing, deployment activities, and planning.
• Integrate front-end components with back-end APIs and ensure seamless data flow.
• Design and implement automated unit and integration tests for UI components.
• Maintain technical documentation for UI architecture, component libraries, and design guidelines.
• Be a flexible team member, willing to contribute wherever needed to help the Agile team achieve its collective goals.

Mandatory Skills: * Proven experience in front-end development with strong expertise in React.js (including hooks and functional components).

• Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), TypeScript, jQuery, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Experience with state management libraries like Redux or Context API.
• Possess a full-stack development background with a strong understanding of server-side technologies (preferably .NET and C#), enabling seamless integration of front-end services with REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
• Experience with Webpack, Babel, and other build tools.
• Knowledge of unit testing frameworks (e.g., Jest, React Testing Library).
• Solid understanding of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.
• Proven experience collaborating with developers, product owners, and application engineers within a SAFe/Agile framework.
• Demonstrated ability to articulate and justify UI design decisions to stakeholders.

Desirable Skills: * Knowledge of performance optimization techniques for React applications.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a strong team-oriented attitude.

Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, Computer Science, or a related field.

• Approximately 8+ years of experience in developing software products within the Electrical, Industrial, Automotive, or Telecommunication domains.
